Description

Situated on the slopes of Signal Hill, this newly built Tuscan Villa has all you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay in Cape Town. Most of our rooms have large private balconies affording spectacular views of either Table Mountain or the City. Each room has spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower, satellite television, M-Net (cable television), telephone, internet facility, mini bar, safe, hairdryer and tea & coffee tray. Delicious Continental and English breakfasts are served overlooking a sparkling pool and secluded garden. Secure parking is available. Trendy Kloof Street with its cosmopolitan atmosphere is only a short stroll away. A mere five minutes drive takes you either to the City Centre, Cape Town International Conference Centre, V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain Cable Station or to the splendid beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton.

MAP/DIRECTIONS Directions to 1 on Queens Boutique Guest House: From N1/Paarl, N2/Cape Town International Airport. • Follow Road Signs to ‘Waterfront / Sea Point / CTICC’ to end of elevated freeway. • The Cape Town International Conference Centre (CTICC) will be on your left at the traffic lights. Stay in the left lane. (Turning right will take you to the Waterfront) Travel straight through 2 sets of traffic lights, this will lead you into Buitengracht Street. • Continue through another 3 sets of traffic lights, and turn Right into Milner Road. (First road right) • Continue straight up Milner Road, (on your right will be the Cape Milner Hotel), until you reach Queens Road on your Left. • 1 on Queens is directly on the corner of Milner & Queens Roads.
