Being a seaside village, Kommetjie is extremely popular with beach and nature lovers, and 5 Pelican Place the ideal setting from which to explore the Cape Peninsula.

PELICAN BEACH APARTMENT is refreshingly light and spacious, therefore perfect for a family of 4-6 , with an additional sleeping area for a further two.
The generous interior (120m2) consists of two and a 1/2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, (main en -suite), a sunny lounge/dining room and a open plan kitchen, all leading into a secure garden with barbeque area,large trampoline, sea views and off-steet parking for 2 cars.

To add to all the basic comforts of a fully equipped home ,we offer satellite TV on request (conditions apply in low season), music stereo,VCR, washing-machine, coffee percolater,microwave oven,stove and a library.

Top quality beds with feather duvets and cotton bed linen ,fluffy bath towels and a healthy dose of sea breeze ensure a wonderful vacation.
Secure off-street parking in private, enclosed garden. Less than a minute s stroll to the beach.Children are welcome.

This cosy African nest for two (30m2) provides a quiet corner to curl up in after an exciting day of exploration.
French doors lead from the Dbl. bedroom into a quaint courtyard garden with B-B-Q facilities and secure undercover parking.
Open-plan lounge/kitchenette, bathroom with shower,double bed. Fully equipped with basic cooking facilities.We provide linen, bath towels, music stereo,TV, beach umbrella and laundry service.

The outdoors:cycling ,hiking, boating with host, (catch your own crayfish!).Hire our sea-kayak, surfski or wetsuits.

Close to us are riding-stables, world class surf spots, bird watching, diving, bird and reptile park, and a unique coastline to explore on horseback or on foot along the 8 km beach at our doorstep.

There are many outstanding restaurants and a game reserve (as well as a shopping mall...)within 5 minutes by car.
Connoisseurs of fine wines ,exclusive golf courses and wine estates will be able to access these luxuries within a 15 minute drive from Kommetjie.
