We are situated in Paternoster, a small unspoilt fishing village halfway between everywhere on the West Coast. 150 kms north of Cape Town on coastal R27 via Vredenburg on R45.

Paternoster is an all year round destination famous for its traditional fisherman’s architecture, endless pristine beaches, whales and dolphins, sea birds, breathtaking sunsets, foghorn, adventure activities and millions of indigenous flowers which open and densely carpet the earth in bright bursts of colour in springtime.  You'll see fishermen with their daily catch, locals offering ‘crawling’ crayfish in season and delicious seafood.

Paternoster may be wild at heart but offers everything from an ecotourism wonderland to adventure and soul food.

Directions

150 km north of Cape Town on coastal R27 via Vredenburg on R45 a. From Cape Town foreshore i. On the N1, after the harbour, take R27 …via Paarden Eiland … Milnerton … Table View … Bloubergstrand and Melkbosstrand. ii. At 75 km, pass intersection R315 Yserfontein/Darling. iii. At 112 km, pass intersection Langebaan (Engen 1 Stop). iv. At 125 km, turn left onto R45 towards Vredenburg. v. At 135 km, proceed straight through Vredenburg for 15 km to Paternoster. b. From Cape Town International Airport i. Take N2 towards Cape Town. ii. Turn right onto M7 (becomes N7) Vanguard Drive towards Malmesbury. iii. Turn left onto M19 towards Melkbosstrand. iv. Turn right onto R27. v. Continue as above ... c. Direct route from N1 (Touws River) i. 13 km south of Touws River, turn off N1 onto the R46 towards Ceres. ii. At Ceres continue on R46 towards Tulbagh. iii. Bypass Tulbagh turning left after + 15 km towards Herman. iv. At Herman, turn right towards Riebeeck Kasteel. v. At Riebeeck Kasteel, bear left towards Malmesbury. vi. At Malmesbury, get onto N7 in a northerly direction for a few km, then turn left onto R45 towards Hopefield. vii. Bypass Hopefield continuing on R45 towards Vredenburg crossing the R27, coastal route from Cape Town. viii. Proceed straight through Vredenburg for 15 km towards Paternoster. B. Directions to Baywatch Villa Collection i. At entrance to Paternoster, proceed straight over 4-way stop. ii. Follow the ‘Baywatch Villa’ signs for + 750 m iii. Turn left into Ambyl Road. Look for ‘Baywatch Villa Reception’ sign.
