A beautiful house on the lagoon. Stunning views.Path runs down next to house to the lagoon. Perfect for a long family holiday.
There are four bedrooms , 3 with double beds and one with 2 double bunks.Two bathrooms with baths and two seperate toilets.The top storey houses a games room with a pool table and a table tennis table.the middel storey has the openplan lounge and kitchen with a wrap around balcony and braai.Kitchen is fully equipped with double door fridge/freezer,microwave,4 plate gas stove and oven,dishwasher. The bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the bottom level leading off another tv room . The swimming pool leads off this level.Bring own smart card.

Not solitary but with a sense of “this my spot” and “I’m here to enjoy the view and relax” such is Penguin Place perched on the rocks like the bird it’s named after. Close to the water, as if ready to jump in and have fun or swim off into the sunset.

With the Langebaan Yacht club nestled “a stroll away” where the old oyster factory used to be and Postberg hiding the Lagoon from the pounding cold Atlantic, the place oozes stunning view upon stunning view by the mere tilt or shift of your eyes. And when the sun sets, nature does all the tilting and shifting for you as light, reflections and tides eb and flow to change the mood and plays out the end of the day

Accommodation

 The bedrooms all have their own private patio areas and are situated on the lower level. All the rooms are en-suite with queen size beds. Altogether, the house can sleep up to 6 people.

 Main Bedroom
The main en-suite bedroom is a large, comfortable room that leads onto a patio with spectacular lagoon views. The room is fitted with a queen sized bed, built in cupboards and features a TV with satellite.

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has sliding doors that opens up onto a patio with stunning ocean views. The room features a queen sized bed, built in cupboards and is en-suite with a shower.

Third Bedroom
The third bedroom is en-suite with a shower and features a queen-sized bed and built in cupboards. The bedroom leads onto a patio with lagoon views.
